RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) version 11 (the “Service”) shut down on December 31, 2020.

In 2018, RSA officially announced the end of life of RSA Adaptive Authentication (Hosted) version 11 (the “Service”).  Customers who received Services post December 31, 2018 have received the Services in a deprecated support state (i.e. without full support).  Per the announcements by RSA, the effective date that the Services will cease operations is December 31, 2020 (referred to as “End-of-Service” or “EOS”)

It is imperative that customers who wish to continue using RSA Adaptive Authentication contact their RSA Fraud & Risk Intelligence Account Manager immediately regarding their option to migrate the Service to the successor RSA product, namely, RSA Adaptive Authentication (Cloud) version 14.X. before EOS.
