Applies ToThis article applies to RSA Link users whose accounts have become disabled due to inactivity.
IssueI haven't logged into my RSA Link account in over 12 months and it is now disabled due to inactivity.  I need to get it re-enabled so I can use it again.
ResolutionDisabled RSA Link accounts can only be re-enabled by the RSA Customer Support team.
