Summary:

RSA is notifying all users of the scheduled End of Primary Support (EOPS) for RSA NetWitness Endpoint version 4.4.x (to include any follow-on patches and service packs) on January 31, 2021.

Affected Products:
All versions of RSA NetWitness Endpoint 4.4.x.

Recommendation:
Customers who have deployed RSA NetWitness Endpoint version 4.4.x are encouraged to migrate directly to RSA NetWitness Platform v11.4.x.

Please contact your local RSA Sales Representative or RSA Customer Support if there are any questions or concerns with the migration. Full details and instructions for upgrading are provided in the RSA NetWitness Endpoint 4.4.0.x to RSA NetWitness Platform 11.4 Migration Guide.

 

Important: Customers must use their 11.4.x Endpoint license when renewing (instead of their old Endpoint 4.4 license). For more information on how to access your 11.4.x license, see https://community.rsa.com/docs/DOC-80250.
