IssueYou have a valid License and updated contract in hand.

The next step is to download the Software. At first, it can be daunting to navigate through RSA community website.
In the Resolution section of this KB, there are specific steps on how to find and download RSA NW Endpoint.
Attached to this KB is a document with screenshots that match most of the steps.

  1. Logon to community.rsa.com
  2. Under RSA NETWITNESS PLATFORM, click RSA NetWitness Endpoint
  3. Under the desired version, click Downloads
  4. Click “Version Upgrades” button
  5. This will bring you to a page titled “My Products”. Under Product  Family click “NetWitness Endpoint Version Upgrades (Formally ECAT)“.  This appears if you have multiple RSA products.
  6. Under Version Upgrade select, ECAT Host Perp License (per host)
  7. You will get a warning about downloading behind a proxy, or using IE 11 browser.  If the latter, switch to a different browser, former click Continue.
  8. Select the Product list
  9. The default option is to show the Current tab with the latest version.
  10. For previously released versions, click the Archive tab.

Click the desired version, and download the software, follow directions to continue the download of the product.
