I am trying to go to the product page to ask a question about RSA Archer Suite platform support. I am looking for a list of supported operating systems. The web site tries to redirect me, but fails each time.
Based on your profile, it looks like you did not select the option of I am an RSA Customer or Partner when you registered for RSA Link. To correct this follow the steps in 000034625 - Why am I getting an "Unauthorized" error when attempting to access a product page or content on RSA Link?
Thanks Erica. Is there a way to get access to Archer information regarding supported operating systems without being a customer or partner? I am happy to have off-line dialog about this, as it involves a customer request.
