i've have a list of 200 Users which i have to unassign their tokens.
Is there a automatic way to unassign them?
I've moved your question to the RSA SecurID Access space where it will be seen by the product's support engineers, other customers and partners. Please bookmark this page and use it when you have product-specific questions.
Alternatively, from the RSA Customer Support page, click on Ask A Question on the blue navigation bar and choose Ask A Product Related Question. From there, scroll to RSA SecurID Access and click Ask A Question. That way your question will appear in the correct space.
It sounds like the Unassign Token (UT) option available in the RSA Authentication Manager 8.5 Bulk Administration Utility (AMBA) Guide is what you need.
AMBA tool can Unassign or Rescind tokens:
Unassigns a Token from the User.CAUTION: If the User has no other Tokens, this function also deletes the User recordfrom the database, provided that the following conditions apply:• The User is not an administrator• The User is not enabled on any Agent Host• The User does not belong to any Group• The User record has no extension fields.Unless all of these requirements are met, the Token is not unassigned nor is the Userdeleted. To un-assign the Token and leave the User account in place, use RescindToken.
Unassigns the specified Token. No other action regarding this Token or the associatedUser is performed.
example input file for AMBA could be rc.csv using rescind
This can also be done using the Action menu in the Security Console.
In the "Assigned Tokens" tab:
